About Me

Josh grew up in South Carolina but doesn’t talk like it. He started playing guitar at age 17 when his cousin Charlie taught him a G chord on a guitar with 5 strings. ” I t was magical…I knew I would do it for the rest of my life.” It has been an up hill battle since, which turned out to be the glue that attracts so many people to his music.

•  ” When you hear him play…there’s just something there”

• ” He’s got it….”

• ” I have heard alot of nothing and tons of the same , but (I) can honestly say, this guy sounds like he  believes in himself…”

•” Its good to hear someone sing without their hand out…”

Josh grew up listening to 8 tracks of the Doobie Bros. and Tina Turner. The first record he ever bought was with his grandmother. The Police, 45 …a gift for his mother on Mother’s day. His blend of melody in all directions is rare these days, as the record companies scramble to snatch guys that want to sound like this kid up eagerly. He sings from the heart cryptically about people, places, and things…probably relevant to you!
